The purpose of the Saturday Classes is to help singers (instrumentalists also welcome) develop the necessary tools for music literacy and sight singing.
Level 1 will focus on learning the basics of music and sight singing. Note and rhythm recognition, the circle of 5ths, key signatures, intervals, solfege, and ear training.
Level 2 will focus on applying the skills learned in Level 1 and will add to them. This class will be dedicated to sight singing material in a group (and in harmony).
All level 1 students will graduate to level 2 and we hope that this group builds over time to create a group of strong singer-musicians!
